Realising a need for sophisticated brunches, Vanie created the same with her normal panache which has now become a Sunday highlight for locals. For light meals one has a wide choice from the menu prepared by the Executive Chef such as, Tempura prawns with lemongrass vinaigrette and sesame seed salad, open bacon and chicken sandwich with sweet brinjal relish, jasmine tea consommé with pomegranate ice cream or a designer salmon burger with wasabi mayonnaise and skinny chips.
