The Chef’s Bar is an intimate informal venue, perfect for a light meal or cocktail prior to experiencing the local sights of Plettenberg Bay, returning from the beach or sharing time with friends after work. It has been designed for small functions, private dining, late night parties and for the night owls that simply can’t get enough of the vibrant nightlife. The extensive menu at this Asian bistro has been designed to showcase some of the Executive Chef’s favourite light dishes such as – local cheeses and home baked bread, steamed mussels in ginger, coconut cream and miso, Tempura vegetables with peanut sauce finished off with a mango brownie, mango ice cream and chilli chocolate sauce.
